Launch pricing: the struck-through figures are our standard prices. Annual billing is the monthly cost with 20% off, paid 12 months at a time. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Bigger builds, with bookings, payments or CRM integrations, are priced on scope. Monthly plans roll month to month; stop whenever you like. Prices shown in pounds; we work in both GBP and USD.
Instant quotes for your customers, at a glance
A sweep price before the appliance is even lit
Homeowners pick open fire, stove or Aga flue, set the flue count, and see a real price in seconds.
Nest removal, guards and smoke tests on their own lines
Bird nest removal, a fitted guard or cowl and a smoke test each show as a separate line, never folded into one vague total.
Second-flue discount, applied automatically
Book two flues on the same visit and the discount for the second one is worked out for the customer, exactly as you configure it.
Your rates behind every flue and every extra
The appliance rates, the flue discount and every add-on price are entered once and stay yours to change whenever you like.
Leads land with the whole job already sized up
Every enquiry reaches your inbox with the appliance, the flue count, the extras ticked and the price the customer saw.
Your styling, running on your own site
Your logo, your colours and your wording, not a marketplace listing lost among a dozen other sweeps.

The demo prices a sweep the way most chimney sweeps do their own first pass: a flat rate by appliance, since an open fire, a wood burner or multi-fuel stove and an Aga or oil-fired flue take a genuinely different amount of rodding, brushing and vacuuming even in a similar-sized house. A second flue on the same visit is discounted, because the sweep is already on site with the sheeting down and the vacuum running, so the extra time is mostly the sweep itself rather than the setup. Bird nest removal, a fitted bird guard or cowl and a smoke test are each priced as their own line, since one is unplanned extra labour, one is a parts-and-fitting job, and one is a quick add-on some insurers or landlords specifically ask for. A certificate of sweeping goes out with every job as standard, since that is the document most home insurance policies rely on to pay out after a chimney fire, and it costs nothing extra to issue. None of these numbers is special: when we build a calculator for a real chimney sweep, the rates, the flue discount, the extras and the rules are all theirs, entered once and changed whenever they like.
Why a fixed price wins the annual rebook
Chimney sweeping is a job almost nobody needs a site visit to price: the appliance and the flue count tell a sweep nearly everything they need to know before they even see the fireplace, in the same way an oven cleaner can quote a double oven without walking round the kitchen first. A calculator that says the price outright, rather than promising "a call back with a quote", removes the one thing that makes a repeat customer put off rebooking, not knowing roughly what it will cost this time. Most households only think about their chimney once a year, right before the fires go back on, so the business that makes rebooking instant, with the same fixed price they remember from last year, is the one that gets the calendar reminder acted on instead of ignored. It also catches the homeowner who has never used a sweep before and simply wants a number before they commit, which a phone call built around "it depends" rarely manages to do in one try.
