Instant quotes for your customers, at a glance
A real price before you get the tape measure out
Homeowners set the deck size, the boards and the frame and see a realistic build price straight away.
Boards, frame, steps and rails each on their own line
The estimate splits into the decking itself, any raised frame and steps, balustrade and lighting, so nothing hides in one lump sum.
Your rates for every board and every frame height
Rates per square metre for softwood, composite and hardwood, the raised-frame premium and the balustrade rate are entirely yours to set.
Leads arrive with the whole spec attached
Every enquiry lands in your inbox with the deck size, the boards chosen, the frame height and the price the customer saw.
Composite-or-softwood budget questions answered upfront
Someone who cannot stretch to composite sees the gap before you drive out to quote, not after you have measured the garden.
Your styling on your site
Your logo, your colours and your build rates, running on your own website and quoting jobs while you are on the tools.

The demo prices a deck the way most installers cost a first pass: a supply-and-build rate per square metre that rises from pressure-treated softwood through composite to premium hardwood, since the boards themselves are the single biggest swing in what a deck costs. A raised frame is priced as a smaller addition on top of that same area, because building square on posts and deeper joists takes more timber and more time than laying joists straight onto ground-contact supports, and a raised deck almost always needs a way down, so a standard flight of steps with a handrail is added as its own fixed line the moment "raised" is chosen. Balustrade or a safety rail is genuinely optional scope rather than a bundled extra, so it is priced per metre run and only appears once ticked, and recessed deck lighting is a flat line for a modest set of lights, cable and a transformer, the sort of finishing touch that is easy to forget when totting up a quote by hand. None of these numbers is special: when we build a calculator for a real decking business, the rates, the boards, the questions and the rules are all yours when we build it for your business. Anyone planning to buy boards, joists and screws to build their own deck is better served by AllEasyCalc's own free decking calculator; this widget answers a different question for a different visitor, what it costs to have an installer design, build and finish the whole thing.
Why a firm number before the visit wins bigger deck jobs
Decking is a big-ticket, one-off project, and most homeowners researching it are comparing softwood against composite, wondering what a raised frame with steps really adds, and trying to work out roughly where their garden lands before they invite anyone round. A bare "request a quote" form gives them none of that and asks for their details before they trust the number enough to hand them over. An instant estimate does the opposite: it shows the gap between a softwood deck and a composite one in pounds, not adjectives, sets the expectation that a raised deck costs more before a joiner ever measures a slope, and only then asks for contact details, at the point the visitor is genuinely engaged rather than merely curious. That produces a better first conversation, one that starts from "when can you start" rather than "how much roughly for decking", and it filters out the budget mismatches that waste a site visit before anyone has driven anywhere.
