Launch pricing: the struck-through figures are our standard prices. Annual billing is the monthly cost with 20% off, paid 12 months at a time. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Bigger builds, with bookings, payments or CRM integrations, are priced on scope. Monthly plans roll month to month; stop whenever you like. Prices shown in pounds; we work in both GBP and USD.
Instant quotes for your customers, at a glance
A price before the van is booked
Homeowners say whether the door needs fixing or replacing and see a realistic range straight away.
Fault, door and extras, each on their own line
A repair breaks into the fault and any call-out loading; a replacement breaks into the door, the operator and disposal.
Urgent repairs priced honestly, not guessed
A stuck or broken door is a same-day problem for most households, and the urgent loading is shown as its own line, not buried.
Your rates behind every fault and door
Rates for each fault, each door type, single and double, the operator and disposal are all yours to set.
Leads arrive with the job already spelled out
Every enquiry lands with the fault or the door spec chosen, the size and any extras already ticked.
Big-ticket jobs qualified before you drive out
Someone who has seen the sectional-door price and still wants a visit is a stronger lead than a cold call.

The demo splits the job the way most installers triage a call: is the existing door broken, or does it need replacing outright. A repair is priced from the fault alone, a broken spring or cable, a lock or handle fault, a dented panel or a motor and opener problem, each carrying its own honest range for parts and labour, with a same-day, urgent booking adding its own loading shown as a separate line rather than folded into the total. A replacement is priced from the door type, up-and-over, sectional or roller, and whether the opening is a single or a double garage, since a double door is one wider, heavier unit rather than simply two of the same job. An electric operator and taking the old door away are both priced as their own extras, added only when picked. None of these numbers is special: when we build a calculator for a real garage door business, the rates, the ranges, the fault list and the rules are all yours, entered once and changed whenever you like.
The point is not the arithmetic, which is deliberately simple. It is that the homeowner gets an honest range in under a minute, whichever path they are on, and the installer gets a lead that already contains the fault or the door spec, the size and the extras the customer expects. The conversation that follows starts from "when can you get here" or "when can you fit it" rather than "how much roughly".
Why one calculator has to cover two very different jobs
Garage doors sell two opposite kinds of enquiry. A broken spring means someone cannot get their car out this morning: they want a price fast, a booking today, and reassurance that the same-day charge is not a rip-off dreamed up on the doorstep. A replacement is the other extreme, a considered purchase where the homeowner is comparing sectional against roller and single against double before they will let anyone measure up. An instant quote answers both without making either wait: it gives the urgent caller a number and a route to book in one screen, and gives the browser doing their research a real range to test their budget against before they commit to a home visit. Either way, the enquiry that lands already has the fault or the door spec, the size and the extras attached, so the installer's first call starts with a booking, not a guessing game.
