Bigger builds, with bookings, payments or CRM integrations, are priced on scope. Monthly plans roll month to month; stop whenever you like. Prices shown in pounds; we work in both GBP and USD.
Instant quotes for your customers, at a glance
A price range in under a minute
Homeowners pick the job, whether that is a loft top-up or a spray foam removal, and the house size, and see a realistic range before they finish reading.
Every job priced on its own terms
Loft top-up, cavity injection, room-by-room internal insulation and spray foam removal each carry their own breakdown, right down to the removal certificate.
Your rates behind every path
Rates per square metre, per room and per house size are entered once, by you, and stay yours to change whenever material costs move.
Leads arrive fully specified
Every enquiry lands in your inbox with the job type, the house or room details and the estimate the homeowner saw, ready to convert.
Grant eligibility, handled honestly
A single line flags that ECO4 and local Warm Homes funding exist without the calculator ever guessing who actually qualifies.
Removal enquiries pre-qualified
Homeowners chasing a certificate for a mortgage lender see a realistic price before they call, so the appointment is worth turning up to.

The demo prices four different jobs the way an installer actually walks up to them. A loft top-up to 270mm is priced from a rate per square metre of loft floor, scaled to a rough house size, since that is genuinely how a thin, quick job gets quoted over the phone. Cavity wall injection is priced as a banded total by house size instead, because a terrace, a semi and a detached house each take roughly a day on site whatever the exact wall area turns out to be once the surveyor has looked. Internal wall insulation is priced room by room, since it really is a room-by-room job: boarding, insulating and skimming one wall or four, with radiators removed and refitted costed as its own optional line rather than buried in the rate. Spray foam removal, the fourth path, is priced from the roof area and whether the foam is soft open-cell or rigid closed-cell, because rigid foam bonded straight to the timbers takes days longer to strip out than a soft foam that lifts away cleanly, and a certificate of removal is added as its own line since that is usually the real reason for the enquiry: a mortgage lender or a buyer's surveyor has flagged the loft and will not proceed without proof it is gone. None of these numbers is special: when we build a calculator for a real insulation firm, the rates, the bands, the questions and the rules are all theirs, entered once and changed whenever they like.
Why an instant quote wins the removal call, not just the top-up
A homeowner topping up a loft is comparison shopping and will happily ring three firms. A homeowner whose mortgage offer is on hold because a previous owner sprayed the roof with rigid foam is not comparison shopping, they are on a deadline, and the firm that can say roughly what removal and a certificate will cost in the next thirty seconds is the one that gets the callback, not the one that promises to ring back tomorrow. The same calculator earns its place on the everyday jobs too: an honest, itemised range for a loft top-up or a cavity fill sets expectations before anyone drives out, so the firm quote rarely surprises anyone and the appointments that do get booked are worth attending. Grant funding is real for some households, through ECO4 or a local Warm Homes scheme, so the calculator says so once, plainly, without ever guessing who qualifies; that stays a conversation for the survey, not a promise made by a web form.
