This is a live, working example of the instant-quote tools we build for plumbers. Try it exactly as a homeowner would: pick the job, say how many and when, and see how the enquiry lands with the business before they have picked up the phone.

Launch pricing: the struck-through figures are our standard prices. Annual billing is the monthly cost with 20% off, paid 12 months at a time. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Bigger builds, with bookings, payments or CRM integrations, are priced on scope. Monthly plans roll month to month; stop whenever you like. Prices shown in pounds; we work in both GBP and USD.
Instant quotes for your customers, at a glance
A call-out minimum, shown honestly
Every estimate separates the call-out from labour and parts, so a five-minute fix never looks free and a bigger job never hides a surprise minimum.
Evening and weekend loading, priced upfront
The calculator applies your own out-of-hours loading before the customer ever calls, so a Sunday leak does not turn into a doorstep argument.
Call-out, labour and parts, split apart
Every quote breaks the job into the call-out, the labour and any parts fitted, so the customer sees exactly what they are paying for.
A price range the moment they pick the job
Homeowners choose what is wrong, how many and when they need it, and see a realistic range before they have finished typing their postcode.
Leads land with the job already described
Every enquiry arrives with the job, the quantity and the urgency attached, so you know what you are quoting before you call back.
Time-wasters filtered out before you drive out
Customers who see a fair price upfront and still enquire are the ones ready to book, not the ones fishing for a cheaper number.

Get yours builtHow this estimate is put together
The demo prices a job the way most plumbers cost one over the phone: a call-out minimum that covers getting to the property and the first look, labour for the actual repair or fit, and parts where something is being supplied, a tap, a toilet, a radiator or a length of pipe. Quantity scales the labour and parts lines directly, since two leaking taps take longer than one but do not need a second call-out, and an evening or weekend booking carries its own honest loading on the call-out and labour, shown as its own line rather than folded quietly into the total. Burst pipes price as a wider range, because nobody knows how much pipe or plaster is involved until someone is standing in front of it, and the calculator says so plainly rather than pretending otherwise. None of these numbers is special: when we build a calculator for a real plumbing firm, the rates, the ranges, the questions and the rules are all theirs, entered once and changed whenever they like.
The point is not the arithmetic, which is deliberately simple. It is that the homeowner gets an honest, itemised range in under a minute for the exact job they are facing, and the plumber gets a lead that already contains the job, the quantity and how urgently it is needed. The conversation that follows starts from "what time works for you" rather than "how much roughly".
Why speed and honesty win the reactive jobs
Plumbing is unusual among the trades on this site because so much of it is reactive: a tap that has been dripping for a week finally gets looked at, or a pipe bursts at eleven at night and someone is searching on their phone with water on the floor. In both cases the customer wants two things fast: a sense of what this is going to cost, and a reason to trust the number enough to book rather than keep searching. A calculator that shows the call-out, the labour and the out-of-hours loading honestly, before anyone has picked up the phone, answers both at once. It also does the plumber a quiet favour on the smaller jobs: separating the call-out minimum from the repair itself means a customer never feels charged twice for one visit, a common complaint about plumbers generally, and a business that visibly does not do that stands out before the first call is even made.
