Launch pricing: the struck-through figures are our standard prices. Annual billing is the monthly cost with 20% off, paid 12 months at a time. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Bigger builds, with bookings, payments or CRM integrations, are priced on scope. Monthly plans roll month to month; stop whenever you like. Prices shown in pounds; we work in both GBP and USD.
Instant quotes for your customers, at a glance
A price range in under a minute
Homeowners pick the size, the roof style, the construction and the door, and see a realistic estimate before they have opened another tab.
Foundations, shell, roof and door on their own lines
The base, the wall and glazing, the roof and the door each price out separately, with electrics added as its own line only if the homeowner wants it.
Your rates behind every choice
The per square metre shell rate, every roof style, both door types and the electrics add-on are entirely yours to set and change whenever your costs move.
Leads arrive with the spec attached
Every enquiry lands in your inbox with the size, the roof style, the construction and the door the customer picked.
Planning guidance shown honestly
The permitted development guidance for small porches sits right next to the price, so nobody is caught out later, and you still confirm it before work starts.
Budget mismatches filter themselves out
A homeowner who has already seen a realistic range for their size and spec is budget-matched before you drive out to measure up.

The demo prices a porch the way most porch builders scope the job before they ever pick up a tape measure: a rate per square metre for the shell, whether that is a traditional dwarf wall with window units above or a full-height glazed frame, which costs more per square metre because there is more glass and less brickwork to spread the cost across. The size picked, compact, standard or larger, sets the footprint that rate is multiplied against. A roof style then adds its own rate per square metre on top: a lean-to is the simplest single-pitch structure and the cheapest to build, a gable roof needs a ridge, hips and more complex framing so it costs more, and a flat roof sits in between as a straightforward felt or fibreglass covering. Foundations, an oversite slab and tying the damp-proof course into the existing wall are priced as their own fixed line, since every porch needs footings whatever size it ends up, and the door, uPVC or composite, and an optional light-and-socket electrics run each add their own line rather than disappearing into one total. None of these figures is special: when we build a calculator for a real porch builder, the rates, the sizes, the roof styles and the rules are all theirs, entered once and changed whenever they like.
Why a porch quote needs a number attached early
A porch sits at an awkward price point: too small a job for most homeowners to expect a formal survey before they get a figure, yet big enough, several thousand pounds, that guessing wildly puts people off enquiring at all. Plenty also assume, wrongly, that anything built onto the front of the house needs planning permission, so an honest one-line answer on permitted development, sitting right next to the price, removes a real barrier to asking in the first place. An instant estimate answers the two questions that matter before anyone rings a builder, roughly what this will cost and whether they need to apply for anything, and the enquiry that follows already has a size, a style and a door picked, so the visit that comes after it is about confirming a number rather than starting the conversation from nothing.
