Pressure Washing Quote Calculator

Try it exactly as a homeowner would: tick the surfaces you want cleaned, watch the price build line by line as you add each one, and see how the enquiry lands with the business before anyone has driven out with a pressure washer.

Bigger builds, with bookings, payments or CRM integrations, are priced on scope. Monthly plans roll month to month; stop whenever you like. Prices shown in pounds; we work in both GBP and USD.

A price that builds as you tick
Homeowners tick driveway, patio, decking, render or roof, and watch the range build line by line.
Your rates for every surface
Per-metre rates for driveway, patio and decking, per-elevation render pricing and a roof fee are all yours.
Every surface its own line
Each surface ticked adds its own line to the breakdown, instead of one vague total.
A floor under the small jobs
Driveway and patio pricing never drops below your call-out minimum, whatever the area entered.
Leads list every surface chosen
Every enquiry includes each surface ticked, its size and any extras, before the van leaves the yard.

The demo prices each surface on a rate that reflects how most exterior cleaners quote a first pass: a rate per square metre for a driveway or patio pressure wash, floored at a minimum call-out charge so a tiny job is never quoted at a figure that would not cover the visit, a higher per square metre range for a decking soft-wash since timber needs a gentler approach and more careful chemical treatment than block paving or slabs, a per-elevation range for render or cladding soft-washing because the price scales with how much of the house is being done rather than with area in the usual sense, and a flat per-roof range for moss removal, since roofs are priced by the job rather than the square metre once access and pitch are accounted for. Re-sanding the joints in block paving and sealing a driveway or patio are both priced as extras on top of the area already entered, because they are optional finishing steps rather than separate jobs with their own site visit. None of these numbers is special: when we build a calculator for a real pressure washing firm, the rates, the ranges, the questions and the rules are all theirs, entered once and changed whenever they like.
The point is not the arithmetic, which is deliberately simple. It is that the homeowner gets an honest, itemised range in under a minute for exactly the combination of surfaces they want cleaned, and the cleaner gets a lead that already contains every surface, every rough size and the customer's expectations, before a van has left the yard. The conversation that follows starts from "when can you fit me in" rather than "how much roughly to clean my driveway".
Why this trade sells on the photos, and still needs an instant price
Pressure washing is one of the most visual trades there is: a before-and-after photo of a driveway going from green and black back to its original colour does more selling than any paragraph of copy, and most exterior cleaners already know it. What that visual proof does not do on its own is convert a browsing visitor into an enquiry, because a homeowner who is sold on the result still wants a rough idea of the cost before they pick up the phone. Demand for this work is also sharply seasonal, busiest through spring and early summer as algae and moss build up over a damp winter and homeowners start noticing their driveways again, which means every enquiry in that window matters and a business that answers "how much" instantly, at any hour, wins jobs that a next-day callback loses to a competitor who happened to reply first. Showing the minimum call-out charge honestly, rather than only ever quoting a per-metre rate that quietly balloons on the phone, is also part of why an instant quote builds more trust than it costs: a customer who sees the floor explained up front does not feel stung by it later.
