Launch pricing: the struck-through figures are our standard prices. Annual billing is the monthly cost with 20% off, paid 12 months at a time. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Bigger builds, with bookings, payments or CRM integrations, are priced on scope. Monthly plans roll month to month; stop whenever you like. Prices shown in pounds; we work in both GBP and USD.
Instant quotes for your customers, at a glance
A price range before you have climbed a ladder
Homeowners set how many roof windows they want and pick the roof type, and see a realistic supplied-and-fitted range in under a minute.
Windows, blinds and electric priced apart
Each roof window, any blinds added and the electric opening upgrade all show as their own line, so nothing is buried inside one number.
Your rates, standard and premium
Pitched and flat roof rates, the large-window uplift, and the blind and electric prices are all figures you set and change whenever your suppliers do.
Leads arrive already specified
Every enquiry lands with the window count, the roof type, the size and any blinds or electric opening chosen, before you have called back.
The inside work shown, not hidden
Flashing, the plaster reveal and decoration are priced into every window from the start, so a firm quote never comes as a shock.
The right calculator for the right job
Someone who really wants a full loft conversion works that out for themselves early, instead of ringing round for a window quote you were never going to give them.

The demo prices roof windows the way most installers do their own first pass: a supplied-and-fitted rate per window, split by roof type and size. A pitched roof gets a standard or a large-and-premium rate, since tile or slate makes little difference to the fitting cost and the calculator does not bother asking; a flat roof swaps in its own pricing for a dome rooflight or a flat glass unit instead, because neither is really a roof window in the pitched sense and both cost differently to source and seal in. Blinds are counted separately from the window count, since not every window needs one, and the electric opening upgrade, a remote or switch-operated motor instead of a manual pole, is priced per window too, because wiring a motor into three windows costs three times what wiring one does. Flashing, making good the plaster reveal down to the ceiling and a coat of decoration inside are folded into every window's price rather than quoted as extras afterwards: it is usually that inside finishing, not the window itself, that separates a builder's rough figure from a proper installer's one, and hiding it only causes an argument later. This widget also sits alongside Skyline Lofts, our loft conversion demo: some visitors typing in a window count actually want a proper loft room with stairs and insulation, not just extra daylight in the one they already have, and a specialist installer's own calculator can say so plainly rather than quoting a job it was never going to deliver. None of these numbers is special: when we build a calculator for a real roof window installer, the rates, the size bands, the blind and electric prices and the rules are all theirs, entered once and changed whenever they like.
Why a big-ticket job needs its numbers upfront
A roof window is not a cheap add-on. Most jobs run into four figures once two or three windows, flashing and finishing are added up, and a homeowner comparing quotes wants to know roughly what that means before they ring round. An instant estimate does the qualifying that a bare enquiry form cannot: someone who sees the range for two large, premium windows with electric opening and still submits their details has already accepted roughly what it costs, so the call that follows starts with a survey date rather than a negotiation. It also protects the installer's time. A fitter who spends an afternoon quoting a job that was really a loft-conversion enquiry in disguise, or a job priced at a fraction of what it will actually cost, has lost that afternoon for nothing. Pricing the size, the roof type and the extras honestly online means the leads that land are the ones worth calling back first.
