Instant quotes for your customers, at a glance
An honest quote in a minute
Customers choose the skip size, hire length, placement and waste type and see a price immediately.
Heavy waste capped automatically
Soil, rubble and hardcore are capped at a safe skip size, so nobody orders one that cannot legally be filled.
Your rates and permit fees
Size rates, permit charges and hire length surcharges are all yours, set once and updated whenever you like.
Enquiries land with the job spelled out
Every enquiry reaches your inbox with the skip size, placement, waste type and the price the customer saw.
Serious enquiries only
Customers who have already sized their own skip and set a budget rarely call just to ask basic questions.
Quoting while the office is shut
It takes bookings and enquiries overnight, at weekends and on bank holidays when nobody is answering the phone.

The demo prices a skip from the size, the hire length, where it stands and what's going in it, the way most skip firms build up their own phone quote: a base rate per size that covers the skip itself, delivery and collection, a top-up for a second week over the standard one, a line for a council permit when the skip has to stand on the road rather than a private drive, and a cap on heavy waste that overrides the size picked above it. Soil, rubble and hardcore hit a skip lorry's weight limit long before the container looks full, so a 12 yard order for heavy waste only is priced, and flagged, as an 8 yard job here, the same rule AllEasyCalc's own free tool at /skip-size-calculator/ uses to stop people ordering a skip that can never legally be filled. None of these numbers is special: when we build a calculator for a real skip firm, the rates, the ranges, the questions and the rules are all theirs, entered once and changed whenever they like.
The point is not the arithmetic, which is deliberately simple. It is that the customer gets an honest range in under a minute instead of guessing between four sizes that all sound similar, and the skip firm gets a lead that already contains the size, the waste type and the placement, the details that usually take a phone call each to establish. The conversation that follows starts from "what time can you deliver" rather than "what size do I actually need".
Why an instant quote beats a contact form
A contact form asks the visitor to do the work: describe the job, wait, and hope. A quote calculator answers their actual question, what is this likely to cost, and asks for their details at the exact moment they are most engaged. That matters more for skip hire than for most trades, because so much of the phone traffic a skip firm fields is really the same question asked four different ways, how big a skip do I need, can it go on the road, does soil count as normal waste, and every one of those calls is a few minutes an office could spend booking a job someone has already decided to place. The estimate sets expectations early, so the firm quote rarely surprises anyone, and the jobs that were never going to fit a budget filter themselves out before a lorry is booked.
