Launch pricing: the struck-through figures are our standard prices. Annual billing is the monthly cost with 20% off, paid 12 months at a time. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Bigger builds, with bookings, payments or CRM integrations, are priced on scope. Monthly plans roll month to month; stop whenever you like. Prices shown in pounds; we work in both GBP and USD.

A gentle estimate, not a hard sell
Homeowners pick the scope, the room size and the mobility extras they need and see a realistic range straight away, with no pressure to book a visit first.
Grab rails, seats and flooring priced as clear add-ons
Grab rails, a fold-down seat, anti-slip flooring and a raised-height WC each add their own line to the total, so nothing is a surprise later.
Your rates behind every number
Baselines for a shower conversion, a full wetroom and a walk-in bath, plus every mobility extra, are set by you and changed whenever you like.
Enquiries arrive with the full picture
Every enquiry lands in your inbox with the scope, the room size and the mobility extras already recorded, so you know who you are calling before you dial.
The VAT and grant question, handled honestly
The estimate flags that VAT relief and local grants can apply to adaptation work, without ever promising an outcome only your business can confirm.
Your styling on your site
Your logo, your colours and your wording, running on your own website.

The demo prices a job from the scope, the room size and the mobility extras chosen, the way most adaptation specialists do a first pass before seeing the room: a baseline for a straightforward bath-to-shower swap, a higher baseline for a full level-access wetroom tanked and drained across the whole floor, and a separate baseline for a walk-in bath supplied and fitted rather than built in. Each is nudged for a small ensuite against a large family bathroom, then grab rails, a fold-down seat, anti-slip flooring and a raised-height WC are each added as their own line, so the customer sees what every extra costs. None of these numbers is special: when we build a calculator for a real adaptation business, the rates, the ranges, the questions and the rules are all theirs, entered once and changed whenever they like.
The point is not the arithmetic, which is deliberately simple. It is that the homeowner, or the son or daughter arranging the work on someone else's behalf, gets an honest range in under a minute and can sit with it for a day before deciding anything. The installer gets a lead that already contains the scope, the room size and the extras the family wants, so the call starts from "when can you come and have a look" rather than a nervous "how much roughly".
Why a gentle estimate matters more for an adaptation than a renovation
Many enquiries in this trade begin after a fall, a diagnosis or an occupational therapist's referral, at a moment when the household is tired, worried about money and often deciding on behalf of a parent rather than themselves. Asking that person to invite a stranger round before they know whether a wetroom is realistically £6,000 or £16,000 is a hard ask, and plenty never call. A calculator that answers the cost question first, without chasing a booking, lets a family sit with the number and arrive at the home visit already reassured it is roughly right.
It also protects the installer's day. Enquiries with a scope, a room size and a chosen set of extras are already qualified: nobody drives out to measure a job that was only ever a fifth of the budget, or misses that a family was hoping for VAT relief before it is mentioned. The firm quote that follows confirms a number the customer already trusts, rather than revealing one for the first time.
