The demo prices a driveway clean the way most exterior cleaning firms quote a first pass: a rate per square metre that changes with the surface, since dirt sitting down in block paving joints takes longer to lift than tarmac or concrete, and natural stone needs a slower, gentler pass. Choosing block paving folds re-sanding into that line automatically, because a proper deep clean washes the old jointing sand out and it has to go back in.
