Launch pricing: the struck-through figures are our standard prices. Annual billing is the monthly cost with 20% off, paid 12 months at a time. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Bigger builds, with bookings, payments or CRM integrations, are priced on scope. Monthly plans roll month to month; stop whenever you like. Prices shown in pounds; we work in both GBP and USD.
Instant quotes for your customers, at a glance
A wall-area price before scaffold goes up
Homeowners pick the house, the render system and see a realistic whole-job price straight away.
New render, removal and scaffold, split apart
Hacking off old render and the scaffold itself are priced as their own lines rather than buried in one figure.
Your rate per m² for every system
Sand and cement, monocouche, silicone and EWI rates, plus your scaffold pricing by house size, are all yours to set and change.
Leads arrive with the wall already measured
Every enquiry lands in your inbox with the house type, wall area, system chosen and the estimate the customer saw.
Five-figure jobs qualified before a visit
A full render or EWI job runs into five figures fast, so an honest range up front means nobody drives out for a budget that was never close.
EWI VAT relief flagged honestly
Choosing EWI shows a note about the 0% VAT energy-saving installs can qualify for, instead of hiding it or guessing at it.

The demo prices a render job the way most renderers first-pass one from a description down the phone: a wall area, a rate per square metre for the system chosen, and a couple of costs that ride on the size of the house rather than the render itself. Wall area comes from a house preset, a terrace front elevation, a semi done as a full wrap or a detached full wrap, or a figure the homeowner already knows. The render system carries its own rate per square metre, since a traditional sand and cement coat, a through-coloured monocouche, a silicone thin-coat and a fully insulated EWI system are different jobs with different material costs and different labour hours to apply them. Taking the old render off first, when it is cracked, blown or simply due for replacement, is priced as its own per-square-metre line rather than folded quietly into the new render rate, and scaffold is priced by house size rather than wall area, because a full wrap round a detached house needs more lifts and more standing time than the same square metreage crammed onto a terrace front. EWI carries an honest note about the 0% VAT relief that energy-saving installs can currently qualify for in Great Britain, without the widget pretending to know a visitor's eligibility. None of these numbers is special: when we build a calculator for a real rendering business, the rates, the house bands, the questions and the rules are all yours, entered once and changed whenever you like.
Why a big-ticket render job needs a number up front
Rendering a house, and EWI especially, is not a job most homeowners book on a whim: it is a five-figure decision they research for weeks, comparing quotes and trying to work out roughly where their own house sits before they let anyone measure up. A contact form gives them nothing to go on and wastes a site visit on a budget mismatch neither side spots until the quote lands. An instant range, broken down by system, removal and scaffold, sets expectations the moment someone lands on the page, so the homeowner who requests a firm quote already knows roughly what they are signing up for and the renderer spends site visits on people who were always going to say yes.
